Wife went in for an appointment and arrived at 9:00 AM which is when her appointment was for, however, due to poor parking availability, it took her 10 minutes to find a spot. Once parked she went inside and arrived at 9:14 at which time she was turned away being told she was 15 minutes late. This is absolutely disheartening to know a provider specializing in cardiovascular care, and knowing the stress this places on someone, would do this. I will NEVER recommend and deter all who consider seeing this doctor. Do better !
This doctor was recommended by my son's friend (a minor), who is her current patient, and today I was informed that she would not be seeing my adult sized 17-year old athlete "because he is a minor". I begged and sobbed because we are at the end of the rope trying to find help for him. They did not give a damn. Cold and, ironically, heartless.
I've seen Dr Raza a few times over the past few years. She used to be great - I felt that she paid attention and listened to my concerns with care. Now she breezes in for less than half a minute with "Great to see you and thanks for stopping by". She always wants to make another appointment even without reason - that seems to be the total focus of that office. They are an appointment making machine. All about insurance reimbursements. Had such a great experience!! I came here after transferring from another cardiologist that left me with more questions then answers. Dr. Raza was very quick, thorough, and efficient!! She seems to care about the patient and I left feeling confident that she knows exactly what she is doing. The hospital and office are both beautiful and filled with such friendly people and staff! So happy I found her!
