Unprofessional. The closest appointment I got was weeks ahead and then two days prior I received a message saying I better come to her private practice. I had booked for the jersey city office but then who cares. Best part was when they tried to convince me how I will get ‘special care’ if I choose to come to the private practice instead of going to health center. Classic!
Overall happy visiting Dr. Samina Its always a great experience. She truly cares about you.I keep going to her and have referred all my friends and family members.She has done my fillings few years back and there has been no issue since then.
I have been Dr kathawalas patient for some time.She is nice and gentle.I am happy with her treatment and outcomes. She truly educated me on oral hygiene and what not to do and what not to eat .She truly cared to help and now my gums do not bleed and my teeth do not hurt. I am thankful to god to have found a dentist who sincerely wanted to help.
Dr kathawala is the best dentist evef i have seen ,she takes her time to Explain everything make you understand why it is important to take care of your oral health. I wish u would have found her earlier .thank you for making me understand. I would highly recommend her
