I visited this office in December for a scaling and X-rays. The dentist recommended a tooth extraction and referred me to a specialist. During that visit, the staff specifically asked for my pharmacy information to send over a prescription, but it was never sent. I checked with my pharmacy multiple times over the following days, and they had nothing. I called back recently to resolve this so I could finally move forward with my surgery.
