I’ve been a patient of Dr. Fine for over 10 years. Every appointment I am greeted with a smile & a hello, how are you? He has a wonderful bedside manner, he listens, cares & shows empathy. When requested he suggests different treatments to help relieve my pain. I can’t say enough about his staff too! They are all wonderful! When I check into my appointment I receive huge smiles, they are all so friendly! I would highly recommend Dr Fine for Pain Management!
Down to earth, genuinely caring, thorough and proactive. I feel in very good hands with him.
Your experience with Dr. Fine all depends. It all depends if you have an appointment with Dr Jeckel Fine, or Dr Hyde Fine. I’ve been a patient of Dr Fine for about 12 years and found him good sometimes and not so good other times. It’s almost as if I’ve been seeing two different doctors. One appointment he might be all smiles and glitter and the next it’s, yeah, what do you want. With him it’s a a coin toss; just hope you get the good Dr Fine on your appointment day. I like the Good one.
I have been seeing Dr Mathur for years. He is always so professional, never seems rushed, and listens to everything you have to say. Appointments are always on time.
I was fortunate to find Dr. Springer last year for an in person consult. I was nervous, out of my comfort zone, and honestly looking for reasons to escape the room until she began the session. During a subsequent follow-up when I had flu-symptoms, her staff impeccably transitioned our meet into a remote telehealth consult. We accomplished a surprisingly great deal. In both sessions there wasn't a cut to the chase chart dive. No instant judging or labeling that I could sense, and if it was happening, it was as if she was pull... read more
Dr. Kenis is retired now and I wish her well, but she generally lacked compassion or empathy, and the administrative staff there is aloof and condescending. I would have to imagine there are better options in the area than this group.
He listens to his patients. He makes you feel comfortable. Pays attention to you when you ask him a question. I would highly recommend him. He really cares about his patients.
Referred to my child by his last name only, never introduced himself to my son or to me. Rushed us through my son's new patient visit and seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Won't be back.
I like to think of him as a brilliant warrior for the preservation of life. He is constantly thinking of ways to improve the quality of your life. He and his staff are up to date on new areas of treatment. It is a very busy office but there remains a friendly atmosphere. Its not unusual for a staff member to sit with someone in the waiting room and speak one to one. The infusion staff are friendly. They keep you engaged in your treatment. What I have seen is a well trained group of nurses. They can switch from light engageme... read more
