He cares about everyone , extremely knowledgeable and kind
Dr. Gupta is a brilliant doctor. He does his research to ensure the best outcome for his patients. He genuinely cares about all of his patients and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns. I am so thrilled that I chose him as my oncologist.Donna D
Dr. Gupta has been treating me for cancer for 7 years, and I am cancer free. His approach has been aggressive from the beginning, and straightforward and honest. He has stayed on top of my care with intelligence and support. Throughout the process I've trusted him which I think is so important for healing.
Dr Gupta has cared for me and my wife both as we battled cancer. We are both doing well. He has been diligent in providing the most up to date care. Each time discussing potential advantages and risks of each intervention but uses exceptionally good judgement in recommending an intervention. He is well networked and respected by other colleagues who are needed from time to time to provide additional tertiary level care. Both my wife and I give him our highest recommendation.
Not personable horrible bedside manner.
I have found that a doctor's staff is a strong indicator of their professionalism and I fully agree. After moving from NJ & looking for a new cardiologist, I was referred to Dr. Curran. I waited a month for the appt. When I made the appt, I asked for directions to the office, but they just gave me the address & said nothing else. Well...I arrived at the address & it was in the middle of a hospital complex. I couldn't find the building & tried calling, but it just rang. Dismissive, barely looked at me, talked over me, and claimed all my symptoms were side effects of other medications, which was not true at all. Did order an MRI after I insisted. I took the results to a different neurologist and never looked back.
Dr. Curran has educated me on how to make sure I am taking care of myself and his exams are thorough, conservative minded, and done with state of the art equipment
I was experiencing chest pain and went to Bryn Mawr ER. I was not having a heart attack but was kept for observation and moved to a room. I was not admitted and therefore incurred a high hospital bill for staying over twelve hours. I thought I was being kept because of some concern for my heart. After a couple of hours in the room I was questioned at length by Dr. Day and another cardiologist. The questions were very odd, and both doctors commented that I knew a lot of medical terminology.
