Dr K was rude and condescending for no apparent reason. I was shocked at her behavior. She would not offer explanations or answer basic questions. She became frustrated if I asked a question. This was not a routine visit, I had a serious medical issue. Although I was very polite and respectful to her she spoke to me like I was inferior to her in some way. It was strange and disappointing. I have never experienced this with another medical professional. This happened on more than one occasion. I won’t ever make the mistake of... read more
I have called and left messages twice that I needed to speak to someone about test results been over a week no call back. This has caused me extreme anxiety! Ended up having to make an appointment with MD Anderson so I can get answers. Have seen this doctor for 10 years I will not be going back!!!
Worst experience. She’s never punctual. Very rude snd doesn’t listen. No compassion whatsoever.
The answering service was rude, raised there voice and basically said I was out of luck on my medicine when it was there fault, when I called numerous times about filling in my prescription they said to call back a couple times and then the final call I made that’s when they said the doctor was already out. Again very rude, what is the point of their job if they cannot help or even fill a simple BC prescription that is prescribed for endometriosis. The answering service wouldn’t give me her name or the other rude lady’s name... read more
A few years back I had gotting imaging done and was told I had a cyst on one ovary. Worried, I saw dr.kadiyala. She confirmed my cyst and said it was serious and would probably need surgery, then said I also had a tilted uterus and could have trouble having children. I went for a second opinion after and was told the cyst was due to ovulation, which apparently is all too common, and no I did not have a tilted uterus, and I have a child now, no issues what so ever. During this visit I had nexplanon in my arm. She asked about ... read more
She is very caring, gentle and attentive. She took wonderful care of my mom in diagnosing her and looking after her needs.
My first time visit Dr. Kadiyala’s office was far less than stellar. I walked into the office, there was no place to sign in, nothing that stated what to do, other than a sign on the receptionists window that stated “Do not tap on the glass”. Apparently not being greeted when you walk in is normal here. Later, I was placed in a room and was asked quite a few questions by someone that didn’t even introduce themselves to me. She told me to get naked from the waist down, take my bra off, sit on the table, and cover up with a pa... read more
I saw Dr. Kadiyala for several years before I moved from the area. I was very comfortable with her, and she made sure to address all of my healthcare needs. At my first appointment, she calculated my BMI and mentioned that it could be better. Many doctors don't mention this, but should because it affects so much more than just how clothes fit. When I lost the weight, she congratulated me. She spoke to me like a person, not just another naked person on the table!
The nurse practitioner, Jennifer Monical, is the sole reason I am no longer a patient. After explaining a terrible reaction I had to a specific form of BC, Jennifer looked me in the eye and suggested that I was exaggerating the memory of these side effects due to my age. As if being young discredited the laundry list of documented side effects I had experienced. What kind of medical practitioner would tell their patient that what they were experiencing didn’t happen? Ignorant and unprofessional.
