Dr. Samantha has great rapport and works hard to find the issues, causes and fixes for my many maladies.
Dr. Sam Ratnayake has been our primary physician since 2018. He is an exceptional doctor, probably the best we've ever had. We're a retired military family, so we've moved to many places and have seen many medical doctors in the US. I should’ve written this after my first visit MONTHS ago! Dr. Ratnayake has done more for me than any other PCP I’ve had. His staff is always prompt, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I had an emergency surgery while he was out and was prescribed Norcos followed by ibuprofen. When I followed up with Dr. Ratnayake, he told me, “Try to avoid ibuprofen for pain stick with Tylenol instead.” I was confused at first and even mentioned it to some coworkers who are doctors and nurses none of them knew why. Dr Sam is good but the staff is trash specially Felipe who is the cat in charge to do prescription refills which never picks up the phone when front desk transfers the call also if you have insurance like ppo and you get a referral from them make sure you call I don’t know who sends them but at least for me they always send me to places that are outside of my insurance network
