I understand that there are many many people who use this service. It just seems that there are hardly any cars in the lot at a given time and yet, to schedule an appointment, you always get pushed 7-10 into the future ?? Just recently, I reported BAD flu like symptoms. (congestion, dark sputum, pressure in the face/head, continuous cough) Was given an appointment9 days out.
