It was good overall, rather rushed but there was a lot to cover in a short time. I did notice that the Notes section in MyChart is not entirely accurate according to my recollection about what I said. I wish these could be gone over with the patient at the time of visit so the record could be as accurate as possible. It would also have been helpful to know why, after the labs came back, I am being referred to a nephrologist. The nurse could only guess me as there was no explanation given by Dr. Ahmed.
