Dr Salmassy and staff do amazing work, professional and friendly. After an accident in 2006 Dr Salmassy performed emergency treatment and four implants. From my perspective he preformed miracles ✨️ No issues in eighteen years without any problems. In fact they continue to serve me well. Thank you Dr Salmassy and team. You are the gold standard!
The absolute WORST bedside manners. Won’t let you speak. Says he has the knowledge to take you in right direction. Did a pre surgery and I have a gaping hole and bone fragments poking out and he says “just normal” in the process. Horrible pain and his staff just pushes the schedule to get you in. Billing is absolutely horrendous as they keep sending bills for paid and told to just disregard and then Dr sends scathing message about payments. Total liars. Dr Salmassy and staff are wonderful, easy going and very understanding. I let them know right away how nervous I was and every single one of them reassured me I was in good hands. They even incorporate humor into what they do which was a great help relieving my anxiety, even I was making jokes despite being incredibly nervous. I had extractions done with a local and they made the experience completely painless and efficient. I'm amazed that after searching through the patient database on the office computers, we can't find any of the one star reviews ever visited the office. Someone with an agenda? Sad that people do this. Judge for yourself if I have the pleasure of making your acquaintance professionally.
