It’s incredibly hard watching someone you care about try to navigate today’s mental healthcare system. I was so thankful to connect my close friend with Dr. Saleem and her team. They truly listen, guide with compassion, and give you a clear path forward. If you can trust the process and stay patient, there’s real hope — and life can start to feel good again.

Absolutely no words can truly capture the profound impact Dr. Saleem has had on my life. I wish I could give more stars! Dr. Saleem is amazing. I started to see her for extreme social anxiety that was keeping me from really living. I was pretty much just trying to make it from one day to the next. She is very compassionate and REALLY listens. She always takes the time to understand how you are feeling.
