3 days calling and no call back, horrible, don't waste your time with this place
I did not enjoy my experience my procedure could not be done I had to go get virtual colonoscopy over in Thousand oaks which was a complete disaster. This doctor is so busy my experience was literally a blur I went to this doctor for a very detailed problem and he just shoved me through the system with a cancer check and I’m still having problems and I have requested another G.I. from my primary hopefully I will have better luck This time
Nice staff, didn't have to wait long for my appointment on 8/31/21. However, instead of meeting the doctor I met a nurse practitioner, which is not what I was expecting and was not told this beforehand. A nurse practitioner does not have the same credentials as a gastroenterologist. Additionally, I was told to wait 2-3 months for an opening to do a colonoscopy. Seems way too long especially for someone that's suffering daily. If you need any even semi-urgent care I would not recommend this place, especially if you're hoping ... read more
