Terrible service and awful customer service from the front end staff. After one week they could not find my paperwork to transfer my records. When you ask what the problem is they fire it back to you and its your fault that they are incompetent. Anchorage is getting way bad with these type of people supposed to be customer service and they are just not inclined to serve their customers
