I recently visited the doctor for an ingrown toenail on my left big toe. It was red and very sensitive to touch (I could barely walk). The office was very nice and clean, however my experience was anything but good. After a resident did a pre-exam, the doctor came in and tried to cut the toenail without any anesthetic, despite me telling her it was painful to the touch.
