Excellent visit. Dr. Sahni took the necessary time to review my condition, asked pertinent questions, made very good recommendations, and resolved many issues that I had regarding sleep apnea. Plan to visit on a regular basis for treatment.
Initial Client Portal Credentials sent via Unencrypted Email It is never a good practice to send both a username and password via unencrypted email - even more if it has anything to do with ePHI. When explaining that the initial email was sent in plain text and not encrypted, the staff person said we don't send text, a clear indicator that the staff person was not aware of the difference between a SMS text message and unencrypted plain text email. If your looking for an office and a doctor that are willing to go out of the way for you, look somewhere else. I've been a patient for 2 years and I can't even get them to fill in a prescription in less than a week. Why stay them with them you ask? I'm desperate. I don't sleep and don't know where else to go.
As a former hospital administrator in both civilian and military hospitals, I have had many good relationships with physicians However, when I met with Dr. Sahni this past year as a patient, I can honestly say she is the best of the best in both her expertise and relationships. I am deeply pleased that I am one of her patients and told her that I should stay sick with something, so I could see her more often. She is in great demand from many and I would recommend her most highly to anyone that asks me about her.
My husband had been trying to get approved through his primary physician for a CPAP machine for over a year and the procedure kept seeming to fall through cracks. We decided to see Dr. Sahni to try to help and she not only helped navigate the insurance/Medicare system, but she really helped us understand sleep apnea and his specific issues with central sleep apnea. I have been going to Dr. Sahni for several years now, and couldn't be happier. She has always been very caring and knowledgable about my sleep apnea condition. In fact, she's the best sleep doctor I've had since my sleep apnea started 20 years ago. I've also found her staff to be very pleasant to work with. Bernadette and Yvonne are both excellent and have been very responsive to my needs. I'm so glad that I found Dr. Sahni.
My experience with Dr. Sahni has been great. She listens, she researches different avenues of treatment and recommends other specialists when she believes there is a need for it. Works for me.
Dr Sahni is a very good and caring doctor. She spends a lot of time with you and writes down for you what was discussed. I'm 78 years old and have never had a doctor do that and I see a lot of doctors. Her staff is very good.
