The Arizona Pain Center has been a huge disappointment for me. Initially I saw PA Thanya. I told her I wanted caudal injections for low back pain, which I have received for the last 15 years administered by 4 different doctors, multiple times a year, without anesthesia. Tanya informed me that I needed to get xrays and a CT scan first, or my insurance would not pay for it. They did not order both the scans, so that meant one extra appointment there. I have been going to Dr Naraini for over a year. When he walks into the treatment t room he asked “ what are you here for” read my file. I am in so much pain I actually pray to die. Dr. Sachin Narain Is the first doctor that has taken the time to fully explain in layman terms? What's going on with my back. I had been seeing the same pain management doc for about 14 years, unfortunately, he had just retired and had me see Dr. Narain. I have had several failed back surgeries and was on an opiod regime for almost 20 years. I saw Dr. Narain today, he didn't listen to a word I said and kept trying to sell me, no force me into in-house surgery and refused to refill my prescriptions. Dr Narain did a procedure on the wrong side of my neck than tried to cover it up by destroying the fluoroscopy images. Luckily I was smart enough to take pictures the day of the surgery showing the pen marks and puncture marks. It’s been almost 2 years and he is still lying about it to the medical board. Do not go to this doctor. Do your research there is a lot of negative reviews about him, and I believe all of them. Don’t be fooled by fake reviews as well. The office staff is horrible.
