Dr Dhingra is an amazing pediatrician. He is caring, he listens, he understands and he builds relationships, that are built on trust. My daughter started seeing Dr Dhingra when she was 6 weeks old, she is about to be 18 in April. She went through some issues when she was younger and Dr Dhingra correctly diagnosed her everytime. They have developed a bond over the years, where she trusts him completely. I had my second child (my son) in 2022, 14yrs after my daughter, and Dr Dhingra is now his pediatrician. Dr Dinghra has been my son’s DR from he was a newborn preemie in 2022 to this day. Dr Dinghra is very knowledgeable and he LISTENS and always ask if i have any questions or concerns after each visit. He is very pleasant, welcoming and always smiling. I always recommend him when friends ask for a good pediatrician. His office is always clean and his staff has always been pleasant and friendly to me and my son.
Fyi: the person on this review board named "Marianna" is in fact one of the rude receptionists so her post is pretty much biased so there's that. Next Dr. Dhingra is ok, but he turns a blind eye when it come to his nasty receptionists attitudes. Its probably because their pay is affordable for his business which is not acceptable. It is unacceptable to allow disrespectful receptionists to represent your business. “VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE.” Waited 8.5 hours to get my son’s medicine for his nebulizer. Left 5 Voicemails. My son was coughing nonstop in the meantime. Ofcourse I gave him over the counter stuff obviously it wasn’t working. Gave him his albuterol in the nebulizer and also didn’t help because he need the steroid one.
