Very disappointed on how my niece was treated by the staff. Absolutely no help and no compassion for her situation. All she needed was her supplies for her insulin. And no one on that office was able to help. It took more than 2 weeks to get an answer, on how and where to get her supplies from. And that’s because we had research and made calls. Christina, needs better training on how to handle calls. She is rude and disrespectful. Being young like my niece with diabetes, is a very difficult situation. It becomes overwhelming... read more
