Very disappointed with the service. I waited nearly 6 months for my appointment, only to receive a message on the same day saying the office was flooded and my appointment had to be rescheduled 2 months later. While I understand emergencies can happen, the lack of effort to accommodate patients is frustrating. I called to request an earlier appointment, but the receptionist was unhelpful and spoke in a very unprofessional manner. After such a long wait, I expected better communication and patient care.
