My experience so far has been wonderful. The care I received and my meeting with Dr. Brown were excellent. I am someone who struggles with anxiety and high sensitivity, but I truly feel I am in safe hands. My right knee replacement surgery is scheduled for October 31st, God willing. I will see Dr. Brown again on October 7th, as I requested to meet him before the surgery. Even the staff member who called me, Shirn, was extremely kind and helpful. I had a Total Knee Replacement Surgery on Friday June 14, 2024. Nearly 8 weeks post Surgery. I'm extremely happy with the Surgery and the outcome. Dr. Brown is an exceptional Surgeon and believe you me, I've had plenty of Surgeons and half of them are incompetent at best. I've read reviews, seems most take issue with his bedside manners, which is the least of my concerns. He's not a therapist, he's a Surgeon, and an excellent Surgeon at that. Horrible Doc brown and horrible office girl Shannon , im so much worse after surgery the doc didn't care to see me ,his office kept hung up phone ignoring me completely ,Shannon his secretary is so aweful and this doctor is below medical standards by all means ,no wonder 2 ppl died after his surgery ,do not get close to this so called doctor and I wish Shannon his secretary all the worst wishes in the world.worst experience ever on my acl reconstruction.
