In September I broke my left tibia and fibula; hospitalized for two weeks. I have a staphylococcus infection across my artificial knee and over my shin. Several followup surgeries were performed at North York General attempting to getbrid of this infection. Due to the infection I am slow healing. I saw Dr. Wolek for followup in the fracture clinic at Lakeridge Health Oshawa in October, November and January. Excellent doctor, pleasant to deal with. wonderful staff in the office and in the OR. Would highly recommend Dr. Wolek to anyone requiring any kind of surgery.
