He always asks questions, he listens, responds promptly and appropriately. If I were not moving, I would still be a patient of his.

When he is called out on lab results from 4 months ago that he says were fine but clearly a lot of red numbers he shuts you down with any further questions, talks over you and will not let you finish a sentence. He then states he is to busy for it. He is not my Dr, but I would go to my dog's vet before I would see this sad excuse for a Dr

They never seem to be in any rush to get back to patients in great pain.

Dr. Kessler is a wonderful doctor. She was able to care for me and fix my health issues when no one else could. She has continued to care for me after all these years. I am grateful for her and her staff. We're lucky to have a doctor like her in our area.

I am very disappointed with the lack of compassion and professionalism demonstrated by McCarthy and his staff. My Mother is 83 and in constant, severe pain. For some *unknown* reason, when her prescription refill is DUE, the pharmacy and her charts, etc. say it can't be filled for another week, 10 days, whatever. If it weren't for Dr. Orphanos, I don't think I would be here . He made every effort to make sure, what was going on with me was thoroughly checked out, even referred me to other physicians, to make sure everything he thought was going on, was what he thought. I recommend him to anyone who has the problem I had. I don't anyone could replace him. He is awesome. He'll always be number one to me.

I went to see dr Kessler at her ripley location. She tried to tell me first to have a stomach band at my first appointment then at my follow up she told me I needed a D&C for a polyp that didn’t exist! I had two other doctors confirm my suspicions on this urgency for a d&c to remove something that wasn’t there… save yourself and find a different doctor!!
