I have been going to Dr. McKinnon for a number of years now for my vision exams, prior cataract surgery, and eyewear prescriptions. He's friendly, efficient, listens to patients, and answers questions thoroughly with helpful information sheets too. His prescriptions are always 100% accurate. A friend goes to him too. Highly recommend his office.

My husband and I are both benefitted from Dr. McKinnon's superb care. He and his staff's skill and personal interaction impressed my husband at his first visit. Dan had multiple concerns re. his vision after a major medical scare, and his questions were answered in depth.
Dr. McKinnon and his staff are very professional, thorough, conscientious and accurate. I get my eye exams and had cataract surgery. Dr. McKinnon's assessment and recommends were "spot on". He always takes the time to answer questions and explanations. A friend of mine recommended him, and I'm glad she did, because he's one of the best physicians I've had for vision care. He's an excellent surgeon and my procedures were perfect. The proof of the pudding is my top vision now. Highly recommend!
Dr. McKinnon was my ophthalmologist until Medicare reorganized, and I lost him. I do not have a primary care physician, only a PA. I would love to have Dr. McKinnon back as my vision specialist and of course would like as well to find an internal medicine specialist within 15 miles of Caldwell, ID 83605.
I am delighted with my experience with Dr. McKinnon and his staff. I was treated kindly and professionally. Dr. McKinnon performed cataract surgery on both eyes and now I have 20/20 for distance. I am thrilled with the results. No pain, no concerns, no problems. In fact, I went back to work the afternoon following surgery in the morning. It is great to have such an efficient caring opthalmologist so close to home. I highly recommend Dr. McKinnon for all your eye care needs.
Dr. McKinnon performed cataract surgery for me on both eyes and produced excellent results. I no longer need to wear glasses. I am more than satisfied with the results. My case was unusually difficult because of previous RK surgery. I would recommend Dr. McKinnon to any one in need of special eye care.
