I have waited just about a year to write this review. I came to Bingham based on the reviews I read. The first time I went here was awesome. Got my X-rays and a cleaning. I was told at that time that I should have a tooth pulled and a few other issues I was having with my front bottom teeth. A year later 2021I got an abscess on my front upper tooth and that tooth moved quite noticeable, I contacted Bingham about the abscess and he told me to come in the next day (monday) I went in and they took one X-ray of my upper front to... read more
The two stars is for Dr Bingham he was great and I loved his humor and how he could carry on a conversation like he just saw you yestersay. But however after 3 or so years will be searching for a new dentist. Why we have chosen to leave is their billing office and front office staff, but after reading other reviews and missing so called 3 appointment they would not take us back anyways. Dont forget to floss and brush, smile and shine.
He showed me tough love and got me in gear to floss and brush more because he cares. There could have been a better way but we all have our own personalities.
Well they got my deep cleaning approved through my insurance. Which is a change fr history. But yeaterday when I was seen there for it, the dentist, wiped my face with the dirty cloth he was just wiping my teeth junk on. I had gross stuff smeared all over my face. Why would he do this to me? I did not do anything to them to deserve this kind of treatment.
