This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a doctor he rushed in with a very demeaning attitude was insensitive was cruel and very unkind. I was unable to speak. I was unable to express my concerns for my health. He gave me a diagnosis of acid reflux. I was trying to give him my symptoms and he told me that I just want to argue with him and I clearly stated I am not arguing with you, sir. I am just trying to tell you my symptoms. Dr. Hester is wonderful, he helped my mom and myself with our allergies. Up until today, all the support staff has been great too. I called trying to get my allergy injections rescheduled for today, tomorrow, or Wednesday morning due to the impending snow since they will likely be closed at my usual appointment. I was told no, forcing me to miss my allergy shots this week. Very disappointing that they were not more sympathetic and willing to help getting this rescheduled for patients due to impending inclement weather.
Dr. Hester and his staff are great. I have been seeing him for years. He did an excellent job on my deviated septum and polyps surgery
Dr. Hester took his time and thoroughly explained my options and answered my questions. His nursing assistant was very thorough and cheerful. They worked well together. Although the office is training new office personal often, they are all efficient and kind.
