This was my first surgery, and Dr. Hester did an amazing job. My breathing makes such a big difference to quality of life. Special thanks to the amazing team members, Takendra and Shuanita, for being excellent in customer service. Thank you all for everything you do.
I accompanied my 90‑year‑old mother to her appointment with Dr. Hester today and was very disappointed in the way he interacted with her. When she attempted to explain how her ear was feeling or asked a question, he responded abruptly and snapped, “What are you saying?” Towards the end he abruptly walked away from her mid‑sentence and dismissed us before she could finish speaking. This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a doctor he rushed in with a very demeaning attitude was insensitive was cruel and very unkind. I was unable to speak. I was unable to express my concerns for my health. He gave me a diagnosis of acid reflux. I was trying to give him my symptoms and he told me that I just want to argue with him and I clearly stated I am not arguing with you, sir. I am just trying to tell you my symptoms. Dr. Hester is wonderful, he helped my mom and myself with our allergies. Up until today, all the support staff has been great too. I called trying to get my allergy injections rescheduled for today, tomorrow, or Wednesday morning due to the impending snow since they will likely be closed at my usual appointment. I was told no, forcing me to miss my allergy shots this week. Very disappointing that they were not more sympathetic and willing to help getting this rescheduled for patients due to impending inclement weather.
