I have been struggling with sleep apnea for years! I really haven't been able to use the machine because I have insomnia as well. I only fall asleep 3am to 5am in 15 minute periods. No doctor believed me until I got myself down to see Dr. Soose! I also have RSD, and have a dilaudid pain pump.
