Dr Ryan Hiebert made my orthotics and they are so thick/high that they do not allow for my feet to stay in any of my shoes. My feet just lift out of the back. When I told him these were useless to me, his answer to this problem was, “Okay, we’ll wait a year and your insurance will replace them next year.” That was a completely UNACCEPTABLE answer.
