I saw the doctor who was very professional, agreed to see me on super short notice and did not make light of the pain I was in. I’m still waiting to be scheduled for the MRI and won’t have a definitive diagnosis until then but was happy with my care so far!
Dr. Chen is very professional, friendly and an excellent listener. He throughly discussed the various options for my rotator cuff surgery. My office visits with him are very fast. I am not made to wait long before actually meeting with him. I would recommend making an appointment with his office if you are seeking a knowledgeable orthopedic specialist.
I didn't wait long to be seen. The staff are familiar faces. After xrays, Dr. Chen came in with my x-rays. He explained all the options, any injection and physical therapy. Dr. Chen gave me a cortisone shot. Dr. Chen did my left knee replacement, he's rebuilt both of my shoulders. I wouldn't trust anyone else to do this. I have recommended Resurgens and Dr. Chen to friends.
My wait time was minimal and the check in was quick. Dr Chen was friendly and was thorough. He went over the X-ray and checked the area of concern.
Dr Chen was so friendly, listened to everything I had to say and was so knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his diagnosis. I would definitely recommend Dr Chen.
I was having trouble with pain in my elbow and it was getting worse over the last two months. Dr. Chen was very attentive and listened to my concerns without jumping directly to a conclusion. He came up with a plan and allowed me the time to ask questions. I would recommend him.
Dr. Chen was very attentive and patiencent during my visit. He listened to my problems I am experiencing with my knees and hip. After xrays were taken, he sat down with me to confirm what he earlier diagnosed and explained what he saw in the xrays. Dr. 'Chen then provided me with several options on how to deal with my pain. Explanation of surgery was very thorough in the office and again just before my surgery. Dr. Chen listens to your questions and answers them. I would definitely recommend him.
