The staff is rude and Dr. Rimkiene is not attentive to her patients needs. This is office hung up on me 4 times. I have been running after infusion services being addressed for two months. This office is a disgrace to healthcare administration and the medical profession.
I found her to be lovely and listened to everything I said and asked.
This doctor's nurse told my mother, "she won't be filling your [pain meds]" and she said, "but, that's why I'm here." My question to this doctor is why be a doctor if you do not treat the whole patient. Pain is the number one symptom of disease and dysfunction. If you're afraid to treat it then don't be a doctor. But you're harming your patients more than your helping the opioid problem.
