The week after a skiing accident resulting in a bilateral scapular fracture, he forgot about me because he went to a birthday party on another floor. I waited almost two hours.In that appointment, he said he knew a guy in physical therapy, and that his nurses would schedule an appointment.They never scheduled it, and I went two weeks without physical therapy. I'll never get that back, and I have not fully recovered after two years.
I had an appointment with Dr. Russo and only waited about 5 minutes. His staff was very friendly, and he was extremely through and patient making sure I understood everything completely. He was very friendly and made sure he answered all my questions. Where as other Dr.s have made me feel like I was wasting their time,,this was definitely not the case with Dr. Russo. Dr. Russo has treated my shoulders, knees, and hips of mine. Being a long time athlete he understands the drive that I have to compete at my “older” age. He has great manners in the office and very friendly out. I will continue to see Dr. Russo.
Great surgeon very fast and efficient
These reviews must be made by his staff, friends & family. He was the worst physician I’ve ever seen. I waited almost an hour to be seen and he didn’t even touch my shoulder (which has several tears/injuries) He even accused the radiology report & imaging to be wrong! Who does that?! I will let everyone I possibly can know about his HORRIBLE bedside manner. Such a sad world when healthcare is all about money.
These docs are top notch. They want the best care for each and every patient. Highly recommend!
Very nice. He explains everything to you and makes sure you understand. He don’t keep you there all day. Best Orthopedic I could have met.
