Seeing Kelly was a mistake. Cold, impersonal, Had to stand with my back to her and another aide and expose my naked backside while she scoped out my back for an annual checkup. Not a good experience, dehumanizing actually. And this was my first visit.

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

The Doctor is AWESOME but his office staff is hit or miss. One visit they can be nice as pie, the next the are complete (unhelpful) witches. They ONLY reason I stay is because Dr Metz provides such good care and is so knowledgeable. Everytime I need to make an appointment I always weigh dealing with his office staff with seeing him. And he unfortunetly doesn't always tip the scales in his favor. Sucks, as such a great doctor really needs a fantastic staff too!
