This office embodies everything that is wrong with Ontario healthcare. Egerdie is arrogant, out-of-date, and not nearly as capable as he thinks he is. Office staff have zero empathy and treat patients like a tiresome inconvenience. Nothing more than a poorly managed production line to Enrich a surgeon’s bank account. Patient care is entirely incidental for these people. The real goal is making the most money for the least possible effort. A thoroughly unpleasant experience.
Supposed to have an appointment with Dr.egerdie in February which I booked 6 months prior. The appointment got canceled because of my vaccination status. The doctor refused to provide medical care for not being vaccinated. Today I received a phone call from his office wanting me to reschedule my appointment. Why would I want to see a doctor that displayed that level of discrimination?
Dr. E is a real G, and he's down with the homies.
Dr Egerdie has been wonderful, however, his front staff/receptionist Nadia was extremely rude on phone, kept interrupting when I spoke, complete lack of patience and compassions, snapped at me and felt it was justified to hang up on me when I asked her for some courtesy. Unbelievably rude treatment of patients without accountability or concern for their needs or suffering, poor reflection on the practice.
