I have dealt with MANY diff wellness companies in the past. This team and Alexis Baker, really know their stuff and have some cutting edge peptides that other offices simply do not have. They actually care and follow up when they say they will. If i could give 10 stars, i would. This place and the way they treat customers is amazing. I saw the nurse practitioner Amy and she was great and is the sole reason I am giving two stars. But the front desk never answers the phone and when they do they never have the answers. They said they would call me back with the information I requested. It’s been a week and still are not answering the phone and still haven’t been given any answers. It has been so infuriating having to deal with all of this and the lack of communication.
Dr. Skinner is one of the most down to earth, laid back and humble Doctor I have meet in Dallas area. He gives quality one on one time to talk to you about you. He shares stories and makes you feel comfortable and normal. The office is calm,clean and very sweat front staff. I left today feeling refreshed and hopeful.
