I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
