Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does the pediatrician interact with both you and your child during appointments? Yes, they interacted with both of us Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Yes

I trust them over any other doctor Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child loves them! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
