The title speaks for itself. Friendly staff. Every dental assistant I have ever had for a teeth cleaning is good at what they do and are courteous to the patient. Always professional. Thanks Dr. Nichols and staff!!
I have always found Dr. Nichols to be honest in giving you choices about care options. He is a good listener and cares about your opinion. He has gone above and beyond in caring for me.
Such a friendly and amazing staff. Dr. Nichols is such a great dentist and is awesome with kids. He is very knowledgeable and honest. We are so glad that our children will grow up with a group of people who genuinely care about them.
While there you are the most important person there. You feel that what ever your concerns they will address them to your satisfaction.
I called in because I needed to check on the health and status of one of my teeth which was bothering me after eating a piece of hard candy. The staff member who answered the phone went through a series of questions, consulted my chart and set up an appointment for me. Dr. Nichols is friendly and highly professional. He has tackled some difficult dental issues for me, and has done an excellent job of preserving teeth that many would have abandoned.
Tyra provides the best professional service. She takes the time to explain the procedures and gives sound advise on how I can care for my oral hygiene.
I always receive courteous, professional, expert, and genuinely sensitive care at Dr. Nichols office!
