Dr. R. TOVAR IS THE WORST DOCTOR THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. HE PERFORMED THE WRONG SURGERY ON ME. THEN WHEN I RETURNED TO FIND OUT WHST WENT WRONG HE BASICALLY TURNED ME AWAY....
