Dr Khetarpal is great, nice and sweet! Her administrative staff though is terrible, rude and inconsiderate. Due to their lack of communication, I was unable to resolve a conflict with insurance, I get one notice and three days later a call saying they are sending me to collections, for what should have been paid by a an insurance i had last year.
Dr. Khetarpal and her entire staff are absolutely awesome! Friendly, thorough and caring. #1 dental team in Cincinnati!!
