During the Fall of 2006, while I was still an undergraduate student at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, I was instructed to see Rozana on an outpatient basis after she attended to me as my physician at Overlook Hospital. Awful...never appeared in the ER and signed discharge papers...Also provided a diagnosis apparently (never laid eyes on him)...no instructions or guidance...problem with mental health care in NJ...Overlook is listed as a contact for emergency mental health care and they do not have a psychiatrist available....communication comes from a crises counselor who apparently relays info via teleconference...avoid her and this ER for emergency psych care. My father was in crisis center at Overlook. This doctor discharged him without ever seeing him despite my repeated requests for same. I was told she was consulted by phone but received no response when asked what she said. I was also told she only sees patients she thinks she needs to after phone consult. Please note, he was in psychiatric part of ER. On drive home from hospital he was exactly the same as when we arrived, 16 hours earlier.
