Went into the office to get more information about the practice, the front office lady was extremely unpleasant and rude.
Dr Roza lacks empathy and would dismiss the symptoms I would discuss with her. It felt like she never cared for anything I had to say. If you are looking for a warm, friendly environment for your doctor's office, do not go to this place.
Dr. Roza is kind and understanding. I have seen her for a series of visits twice to straighten out medication. She takes time to listen.
I love Dr. Roza!!! she has helped me tremendously and really listens to my needs and doesn’t mess around like psychiatrists I’ve had and is upfront and honest about medications. she’s helped me so much, I feel like a whole new person in the best way thanks to her helping me find the right meds!!!
