Very disappointing experience. I went twice for the same problem. The first visit was for diagnosis. The second visit was only to discuss the timing of treatment—no new exam or tests. Both times I was charged $432. I was not told I would be billed the full diagnostic fee again. This feels unfair and not transparent. I would not recommend this office.
Extremely rude staff
One of the most caring doctors I’ve ever met in my life. She jumped through hoops to take care of me when time was of the essence concerning a sudden, scary, hearing loss episode. It’s obvious she is super well-versed and committed to getting to a diagnosis. I have complete faith in her expertise. Her staff is amazing as well. Highly recommend!
