Office staff was very friendly. Doctor was very thorough and listened to my concerns and did not dismiss any questions I had. I wish more doctors had his great bed side manner.
I have been treated by Dr Prashad for a rare autoimmune condition since late summer 2024. It is a rare disease that required careful study and research. The timing of treatment was critical and the doctor saw me almost immediately after I called his office. Dr Prashad treated me for frequent gout attacks and shortly after coming under his care the attacks stopped. He is thorough and never gives you the bums rush. Highly highly recommended.
I just had an absolutely infuriating experience at this doctor’s office. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told the doctor was not seeing anymore patients for the day. I made my appointment 6 weeks ago and patiently waited for a medical issue I have been experiencing and no one could call me?!? The office manager then tells me they can “squeeze me in” in a few weeks? I already waited 6 weeks and no one could call to reschedule or notify me.
