My mother has a heart condition and had a flew for couple days she tried calling the office and left multiple voicemail to call her to get antibiotics. They never called her back ever . What kind of Dr office is this . They also cancelled appointment with out rescheduling . Then it takes weeks to get a new appointment. The front office laddie I’m from is also rude and always has an attitude.

I have called his office several times NEVER getting a call back. Today I called his staff finally answered I asked when my appointment was instead of putting me on hold she hung up, I called back went to voicemail. I MUST SWITCH Doctors due to incompetent staff. I've been seeing him for years. I should've switched long ago after thr staff never returning calls. I've even had to call the doctors personal cell
Dr. Beerel's office has cancelled three appointments in a row for my son. Twice, they did not even call to cancel. My son showed up for his appointment and was told that Dr. Beerel was out of town and that his appointment was cancelled! That is very unprofessional!! If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, a doctor is able to tell you you need to reschedule.
