I am currently under his treatment plan. He has preformed 2 surgeries for a retinal detachment with tears, the result of a traumatic injury. Roy Loo is a very capable and trust worthy Surgeon, as was my father. Dr. Loo is devoted to his profession and enjoys the people and problem solving side of this occupation.
