This is the worst place for follow ups they make you a appointment and you are waiting for over two hours what is with their scheduling they don't plan them right. You better be prepared to pack a picnic basket and have no other appointments for this day. Don't get me wrong the Doctor is amazing it's just the follow up appointments that suck.
I was in Las Vegas on business when I found myself in need of a retina specialist. Dr. Loo's staff fit me in on short notice the same day. Dr. Loo was very professional and thorough in his examination of my eyes. Dr Loo made the correct diagnosis and gave me the proper follow up recommendations. I highly recommend Dr. Loo for any patient looking for an exceptional retina specialist.
My wife, Beverly, has gone to Dr. Loo for years now. In all these years, she has had nothing but wonderful care appointment after appointment. Dr. Loo is compassionate, personable and knowledgeable-great doctor.
Saw Dr. Loo on an emergency basis for a retinal tear while visiting Las Vegas. I found him to be very polite and professional and he did laser surgery on my eye during my visit. Staff was great and efficient as well.
I saw Dr. Loo today, he gave me best news ever!!!! He gave me my second month without a shot in the EYEBALL!!! And he also said my eyes are getting better and with my progress my MD may STOP!!!!!! Maybe I won't go blind after all!!!!! Y A H O O !!!!!!!
