We initially really enjoyed Dr. Guerrero and his level of care. We have an autistic/speech delayed child that demands a higher level/intensity of care. He was very receptive to texting and nontraditional methods of communication which was excellent for our demanding jobs and unusual work hours. After the Uvalde shooting things changed.
