Dr. Roxana Hates is the best dentist I've ever been to, not only does she do great work but she cares about her patients. My children, grandchildren have been going to her for over 10yrs. I strongly recommended her and her staff for any dental treatment.
Very rude. Splashed water all over my face. I told her she was splashing water ( a ridiculous amount) She cleaned my teeth for 5 minutes. Didn't thoroughly clean my teeth. Appt was 12 noon, she quit "cleaning" by 12:05! Refused to give an adequate reason for not starting my fillings. She said she had other patients and "we don't do that here". Horrible dentist, just went there because it was difficult finding a dentist that takes Medicaid. Won't be returning. Filed a report with state licensing
