Book an appointment date for colonoscopy, given them my Medicare , private insurance details. Agreed payment of $250 will be made when I collect the kit for colonoscopy. Rang up few weeks later , they agreed to reschedule provided I give them credit details Doesn't make sense I have consulted this doctor for last 15 years without problems Simply because of a reschedule they demand credit details Why?

I was extremely happy with my colonoscopy and gastroscopy that dr Balson performed. I knew I was in good hands plus his team from anaesthetist to head nurse were so wonderful. I highly recommend dr Balson for a Colonoscopy. See you in 5 years.
