Dr. Gardner & his staff demonstrated an exemplary level of professionalism as well as a sincere compassion for Alex & her situation. Dr Gardner has been a great source of information and inspiration that aided me in my 50lb weight loss over a 6 month period. He has extensive knowledge in dietary and physical fitness and was able to help me find a routine and diet that worked for me.
I had terrible back problems that caused so much pain in my day-to-day life. Dr. Gardner was excellent at making sure I was comfortable but most importantly, he was able to figure out and address the main issue in my neck and back and give me tips to ensure long term relief.
