Very good and smooth process for getting the surgery. Only the gap between initial diagnosis (Achilles tear diagnosed on Aug 26) and surgery (Sept 11) seemed a bit long
If I could give zero stars, I would. The doctor asked me to rate my pain on a scale from 0 (no pain) to 10 (the worst pain imaginable, like cutting off a leg). I broke my ankle on 12/24/2024 and recently had a CT scan to find out why it’s still swollen and hurting. It was clear he hadn’t even read my chart, because if he had, he wouldn’t have offered me what he did for pain. Dr Benthien and his group are extremely comforting and patient friendly. The office atmosphere is calming and very peaceful. You are greeted with a smile which reflects on Management how staff is treated. Keep up the good work!!
