Dr. Lavagnolli and her staff are great! Made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit - and it was my first visit in over 10 years. Very impressed with her work, and down-to-earth method of communicating. My whole family has been going to Dr. Lavagnolli for a long time - now I understand why!
I would recommend Dr. Lavagnolli to any one searching for a DDs. She is kind, knowledgeable and very professional.
The people that work there are NOT certified to clean teeth at all. Dr. Lavagnolli hires girls usually with an attitude, which I don't blame them as they're only getting paid minimum wage, and are expected to do a lot. The last time I went for a cleaning, the dr.'s daughter practically pulled my teeth out while flossing me. I had to tell her to stop. Also, they tried to charge me for a balance that was still on my account from 3 yrs ago?! What?! I highly recommend you go somewhere else.
