este equipo es terrible! no lo recomiendo! una desorganización total no llevan récord de nada, llaman de manera incoherente, la salud es un tema muy delicado. La dra Bencomo es muy amable pero solo tuve un contacto con ella, luego más nunca y de verdad que el equipo deja mucho que desear.
Called in for my routine refill multiple times, finally got a response as I ran out of medication that they can’t refill it until I’m seen in person, though I’m not in town. Told staff multiple times I can go into withdrawl if the SSRI is stopped abruptly and the response from the provider was go try an urgent care… unprofessional and negligent.. no communication to patients about follow up instructions..
